Curt Ladeau is naturally a social innovator. His previous work experience includes developing programs from the ground up; using available resources he created a new adult-education class and computer lab at the YMCA in Brooklyn to serve the needs of his community. Curt remains committed to his community. He returned to Vermont to work with it’s older citizens after working for 10 years in NYC. He brings a wealth of experience and community values to our team.
In her previous role, Pegeen Ladeau has been called “tenacious” and said to have the “grit” to successfully manage projects. Now she takes this same drive toward legislative action at the Vermont statehouse. Her 10 years in corporate software development, marketing, business analysis, relationship management, and product management give her a uniquely broad perspective on business organizations and its requirements. As a master’s candidate at Goddard College in its social innovation, sustainability, and social justice-centered program and as a long-time resident of Vermont with deep roots, she understands the challenges and needs of its local non-profit organizations. She holds a Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
